for non caffeine fixes
I've begun to cross the border. Well, not completely. More of just going there for a vacation. Because they say it's bad to drink too much coffee. And when I've reached my quoata, but I still want my hot, soothingly aromatic drink, I have to resort to SOMETHING. Here are my top picks:
Chai Tea Latte from Seattle's Best. I discovered this through my boss' boss. We were off to an after-lunch hot fix, and we already had too much coffee from a long morning meeting. So she told me to try this drink. Heaven! I really don't like tea because I feel like my mouth is filled with chewed grass. But this was absolutely wonderful.
Chai Tea Latte from Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. After the Seattle's Best fix, I went on a Chai Tea spree. And my co-worker told me to try the one from Coffee Bean. Oh my Lord. It was such a wondrous experience. AHLAVET!
Apple Cider Tea from Cheesecake Etc. I had this when I was sick. It had a cinnamon stick. It was sweet. And yet not too sweet. It made my flu bearable.
It's a bummer that Starbucks here doesn't have Tea Latte's. But you can ask them to add milk to their Tazo line. Somehow, it's not the same.
Damn. Now I'm craving for Chai Tea.

Sometimes bored. Most of the time oddly alive. Phobic of butterflies. Creatively suppressed. Hungry for coffee and shoes. This is my subconscious talking... at times interrupted by my reality.
